If I could give 10 stars If I could. They laid out the issue with my car how much it would be to fix and said because of the age and very high mileage it would be gamble. Very honest, nice people. If I ever get a car again and it needs service I'd take it to them. Highly recommended.

I've had service on my 2012 Ford Focus done at Larsen Automotive twice in the last few months. The diagnostic was clear and concise with price breakdown. Appointments for the repairs were made quickly and I was kept up to date on the work that was being done. I wasn't pressured to get any extra work done that wasn't needed. Repairs were done and my car was ready sooner than expected. Reasonable prices, courteous and professional staff, quality work. Larsen Automotive will now be my mechanic of choice for future work. Took in two cars--first one needed a catalytic converter (cc) replacement due to theft and we added a cage to keep it from begin stolen again. The second car needed a check up for various services as indicated in this review. We also got a welded on cage to protect the catalytic converter since the car is parked close to the one above that had the stolen cc. Their service folks are pleasant and happy to explain the services they recommend, pricing, and how long they needed to keep the car. They kept us apprised of their progress and did not charge more than their original quotes, which we found to be reasonable. Happy with their services and excellent communication!

Had noise in suspension which they corrected with no charge. Replaced parts which they warrantied at no charge. The suspension is great now thanks to their work. They run a great shop will use them again.
