First time experience with this shop. Had my catalytic converter stolen last week, and after a phone call with the shop, they took my car in the following morning. They were on top of things with my insurance company, and they are efficient with time and repairs. They kept me updated via phone call and text on how things are. Got my car back this past Tuesday, and everything is running great. Honest with the pricing, and honest with the staff. I was thoroughly impressed when they answered all of my questions, and even went as far as to jack up the car right outside the office so I can see the repairs myself. I will 100% come back to this shop for future work.

I came in for a SMOG check and quickly Don and Nick took care of me. I didn’t pass due to my battery being disconnected recently, but I was told to just drive it and to bring it back after a 100 or so miles. Great customer service and will go back.

Larsen Automotive is always a great place to stop by. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they are always able to slip me into their schedule. I own 4 vehicles and regularly have to get two of them smogged. Even with my busy schedule I can call and drop in and be in and out in no time. Conveniently located near a shopping center to get some errands done while I wait, and nice to hear some tips or get feedback on new vehicle purchases.

Brought my wife’s car in after it sat unused for a while and needed several things looked at. Nick and the team were communicative throughout, sent a detailed inspection report, and called to walk through what actually needed attention versus what could wait. Never felt like they were padding the bill. Got the car back washed too, unexpected but a nice touch. Had a rough experience at a dealership service center before (Culver City Toyota) that left me wary of shops finding “extra” problems once your car’s in their hands. Larsen was the opposite, straightforward and easy to work with. Would def recommend.
